Hi. Kayanne here. I’ve been thinking about this subject for a while and the only way I can get it out of my head is to write it down. See if you think it is as important to read as I think it is to write.
I’ve known people who have high self-confidence. They expect to be successful in whatever they try to do. They don’t let the possibility of failure keep them from trying. If they fail at something (and they often do), they try again. People with high self-confidence enjoy life.
I’ve also known people with low self-confidence. They are afraid to fail. They live by the slogan: “If I don’t try, I can’t fail.” As true as that might be, people with low self-confidence do not enjoy life as much as they could.
Building self-confidence requires 2 things.
Self-Confidence Requires Focus and Action
Confidence is about where you focus your attention. Memorize this sentence: You always get what you think about most. If you focus on, “why am I like this?” Then you’ll stay that way because you are focusing on what you are, not what you can become.
Confidence is also about working your muscles. What I mean is, to build self-confidence you need to move your muscles and take action.
So, to build self-confidence you need to change your focus and take action.
In my book, I’m going to show you 7 powerful steps to build self-confidence. Each step will show you how to change your focus and take action. If you do only one of these steps, you WILL notice a difference in how confident you feel. If you do all of them, you’ll be unstoppable.
